  • Conduct thorough document and cost reviews for commercial construction projects.
  • Perform site inspections and compile detailed monthly reports on project progress.
  • Conduct property physical needs assessments to identify and address potential issues.
  • Provide cost consulting such as insurable value reporting, depreciated value reporting, and construction loan monitoring to optimize project budgeting and financial planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management is preferred, but not required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry in the areas of project management, estimating, and/or site inspections.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction processes.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
