Employee focused.JOB SUMMARYJob Profile SummaryProvides entry level support/responsibilities related to coordination, implementation and direction of the project plan and monitor performance to ensure that company expectations are satisfied regarding environmental, safety, cost effectiveness, quality assurance/control, project work plan, schedules and impact to the public. Works under supervision and the mentorship of a more experienced coordinator.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, coordinate, implement and oversee construction and maintenance projects in their entirety and monitor project status and modify when needed to ensure timeliness and quality of projects is consistent with company standardsUtilize resources selected such as inspection, equipment, contractors and material procurement required to coordinate projectsCoordinate, implement and oversee and monitor the schedule of contractors, inspectors and employees in construction and maintenance activities of pipeline construction, processing plants, storage facilities, terminals, gathering and/or transmission systems and appurtenances and report status including but not limited to:Measurement facilitiesPlant process equipment and controlsPipeline facilities; above and below gradeCorrosion controlLeakage surveyOversee and monitor installation and/or maintenance of plant and pipeline equipment and facilities including but not limited to:Meter/regulator settingsTapping/pressure control equipmentStorage tanks/scrubbers/dehydratorsPressure tests (air, gas, water)Evaluate whether to repair or replace pipe and appurtenancesEnsure contractors' compliance with safety, quality, competency and performance standards. Provide feedback to ensure company standards are being followedCompile, prepare and/or verify information including but not limited to:Operating activitiesCompletion reportsAccident reportsWork ordersCustomer correspondenceResponsibilities may include Department of Transportation (DOT) covered functions, including operations, maintenance, or emergency response on a pipeline.
