• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial interiors projects across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality outcomes.
• Review project documents, perform quantity takeoffs, and develop comprehensive bid proposals.
• Evaluate and select subcontractor bids to align with project goals and budgets.
• Maintain historical cost data and utilize estimating software to streamline processes and ensure consistency.
• Provide value engineering options and work within tight deadlines to meet client expectations.
