The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, preparing bids, and conducting take-offs to support our construction team's objectives in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for hospitality and multifamily construction projects.
• Conduct take-offs from construction drawings and specifications to quantify materials and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to understand project scopes and requirements.
• Develop and submit competitive bids for new projects in the hospitality sector.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals for buyout purposes.
• Monitor and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle to reflect changes and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Assist in risk analysis and mitigation strategies for construction projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator with a focus on hospitality and multifamily projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and labor costs.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools for take-offs and bid preparation. Bluebeam preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
