Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead and oversee the pre-construction activities for high-profile commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the planning and budgeting phases of commercial interiors, including office spaces, retail environments, and other commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Construction Planning: Manage the pre-construction phase for commercial interior projects, including scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Coordination: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Cost Estimation: Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for commercial interior projects, incorporating materials, labor, and other project-specific costs.
  • Bid Management: Oversee the bidding process, including preparing bid documents, evaluating proposals, and selecting subcontractors and vendors.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all pre-construction activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-construction phase, addressing any concerns and ensuring client expectations are managed effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-construction management, with a focus on commercial interior projects.
  • Proven track record in managing complex commercial interior projects, from planning through to successful execution.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
