Construction Estimator - Westinghouse Electric Corporation : Job Details

Provides estimates for utility construction projects between $500 K - $200 M (Capital improvement projects, new construction, outage projects, O&M projects, and Asset Retirement Obligation projects). - Provides original or revised project estimates in support of the annual Capital Budget development process, typically involving up to five hundred estimates. - Provides estimate support during state or federal regulatory reviews including a review of all estimates supporting the latest approved Capital Budget. - Estimating with timely roll-out and execution of the entire estimate deliverable process. - Assesses and accounts for project financial (estimation) risk through collaboration with the project team and stakeholders. - Identifying and estimating labor, materials, equipment, services, and other costs for projects. - Work with Project Controls Coordinator on initiatives to streamline and improve estimating processes.
