The Construction Field Representative I assists with the firm's design teams in the construction administration phase. Requirements: Equivalent of a bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering/Technical degree related to the Architecture/construction industry/Construction Project Management/Superintendent or Inspection services experience. MS Office Suites to include MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Responsibilities/Skills:
- Monitors project for construction document compliance.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
- Provides existing conditions verification and as-built services (pre and post construction).
- Provides on-site representation services.
- Travel to various project sites from local sites to more remote sites in other states including staying overnight as needed/warranted.
