Job Overview: Meyer Concrete LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and manage our concrete projects. The Construction Foreman will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of jobs, from start to finish, while maintaining the high standards that Meyer Concrete LLC is known for. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with extensive experience in concrete construction, who can oversee projects, manage teams, and ensure that every job is done to the best quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a crew of skilled laborers and concrete workers on various projectsCoordinate daily work schedules and oversee project progress from start to finishEnsure quality and craftsmanship meet Meyer Concrete LLC standards on all projectsCommunicate with customers and contractors to ensure their vision and specifications are metManage and troubleshoot on-site issues, including materials, manpower, and equipmentOversee concrete flatwork, stamped concrete, poured basements, patios, and other concrete-related tasksEnsure all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the job siteRead and interpret project plans, blueprints, and job specificationsTrain and mentor crew members to maintain a high level of performanceMaintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of workReport directly to the owner, Jeremy Meyer, and work closely with him on each projectQualifications:Experience operating Total StationProven experience as a Construction Foreman, specifically in concrete constructionStrong leadership and team management skillsProficient in all aspects of concrete work, including flatwork, stamped concrete, and poured basementsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and project plansStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of safety regulations and construction best practicesAbility to work in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasksValid drivers license and reliable transportationWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for career advancementFamily-oriented work environmentHands-on involvement in unique and custom concrete projects
