Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Foreman to join our team. The Foreman is responsible for supervising and leading a team of workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project timelines. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

* Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical work

* Oversee three-to-four-man crew

* Safely operate and maneuver equipment trailers

* Read and understand blueprints and build to specification instructions with precision and quality

* Ensure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety

* Provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed.

* Preform restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed, and straw)

* Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

* Responsible for work outcomes that are assigned

* Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills

* Must be willing to travel nationwide up to 85% of the time

* 3 years' experience as a construction foreman

* Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Exceptional critical thinking skills
