Job DescriptionA well-established General Contractor is opening a new operation in Dayton, OH and is looking for a General Manager to lead this initiative. The role will initially be remote until the establishment of a local Dayton office. The General Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding the growth of the Dayton office, including business development, market expansion, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities- Lead and expand the growth of the Dayton office, including business development, market expansion, and strategic planning.
- Expand and lead a team of construction professionals in the Dayton area to win and manage jobs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Dayton, OH projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) professionals.
- Oversee and be responsible for the results of all construction projects in Dayton, OH.
Essential Skills- Project management

Additional Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred, but not required.
- 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working in the Dayton, OH market preferred.
