• Assist in site preparation, including digging, lifting, loading, and general cleanup.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely.
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and operators with tasks as needed.
• Load and unload construction materials and tools, ensuring proper storage and organization.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform physical labor tasks, including trenching, shoveling, carrying heavy materials, and site clearing.
• Assist in operating lifts, scaffolding, or other equipment under supervision (with provided training).
• Travel to job sites as required, including out-of-town projects with per diem provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills across multiple trades.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites, including potential overnight stays.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely on active construction sites.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
