Job Description :
- Responsible for routine upkeep, maintenance, and repair of assigned projects and Properties.
- Assist with minor repair work on buildings, equipment, fixtures, and grounds.
- Responsible for assisting Maintenance and Construction team members for performing routine construction and/or maintenance needs.
- Assists with constructing and repairing structures and fixtures using hand tools, power tools, and conforming to local building codes.
- Assists with erecting of framework for structures.
- Assist in setting up employee functions for all company meetings and functions as needed.
- Must follow all safety requirements and wear personal protective equipment as recommended.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Communicates effectively with the Project Manager to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the appropriate personnel and assists in daily operations with Maintenance and Construction personnel.
