Construction Management Analyst - Lima One Capital LLC : Job Details

The Construction Management Analyst will be evaluating and managing risk across all Construction projects. The Analyst will be required to work closely with the Risk and Compliance unit team lead to provide insight into the overall progress and quality of completed work. We are searching for a quality person who possesses strong values, a great work ethic, attention to detail, assertiveness, and confidence. The new hire will work within the construction management and operations departments of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Review construction projects to identify and mitigate risk
• Schedule and call clients for project reviews while delivering the highest level of customer service
• Work closely with internal team members and borrowers on assessing ongoing risk
• Maintain detailed records
• Assist in quarterly department audits
• Other projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing situations; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products.
• 1-2 years of professional-level experience (waived with degree)
• 1-2 years' experience in Construction or Risk Management preferred.
