PMCS Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager II to oversee elevator modernization and fire alarm projects for our esteemed client, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works (LACDPW). This role is an excellent opportunity for a licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with a strong background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience.
• Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Practical experience in construction field observation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive construction daily logs.
• Independently manage all aspects of assigned projects.
• Develop and control project scope and schedules.
• Facilitate effective project team and client meetings.
• Negotiate and prepare change orders.
• Monitor and coordinate construction activities with stakeholders.
