Construction Manager - Metric Geo : Job Details

Seeking an experienced construction manager on behalf of a growing client. Due to their massive incoming pipeline of projects with the MTA, they're in need of a senior professional to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs.
• Team Coordination: Lead and manage project teams, ensure clear communication.
• Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for the MTA, provide progress updates.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience on MTA projects with a value of $70M+
• Experience with work consisting of lead abatement painting concrete work steel repairs
• Professional Engineering License
