Construction Manager - TalentWatch : Job Details

Seeking a Construction Manager (you may have previously held this title or Estate Manager) local to New York City with a minimum of 10 years experience working in construction projects in residential real estate. Candidates must have verifiable references, work well as part of a team, understand working with an ultra high net worth client, understand budget, managing vendors and contractors, overseeing renovations from start to finish from small projects to gut renovations, understand HVAC and plumbing systems, etc. Candidates should be experienced working in an on-site environment, be able to travel between multiple properties in New York, the Hamptons, and Florida. Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, but weekends and nights may be needed depending on site projects. The client is looking for someone who is an excellent communicator with the principles. Salary

180- 200K with full benefits.
