Construction manager - Randstad : Job Details

job summary: A major utility is seeking a Construction Manager to join its team in Ludlow, MA. As Construction Manager, you will oversee construction acitivties as owner's rep for multiple utility projects.This will include coordinating and supervising contractors, ensure design specs and quality control is maintained, compliance with safety standards, and monitoring schedules, budgets and materials. These projects will include LNG, Gas and other electrical/power work. Candidates should hold a bachelors degree in engineering or construction management and 5 years in managing industrial construction projects. Alternatively, candidates may substitute for an Associates degree and 7 years experience OR 10+ years experience in construction (industrial, oil and gas, or utilities) without a degree. You must hold a valid driver's license for this position. Local travel is required and you should expect to work approximately 10 hour days. location: Ludlow, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $80 - 90 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities:
