Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Supervision: Direct and supervise a team of plumbers and apprentices. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure plumbing installations comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards. Address any issues promptly to maintain quality craftsmanship.Material Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory management of plumbing materials and equipment. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of required items.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site to maintain a secure working environment. Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and audits to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.Communication: Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, to discuss project requirements, schedules, and progress updates. Communicate effectively with team members to delegate tasks and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot plumbing-related problems or challenges during construction projects. Implement effective solutions to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.Requirements:Experience: Proven experience in commercial or residential plumbing with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or foreman role.Licensure: Valid plumbing license and certifications as required by state regulations. Knowledge of local building codes and ordinances.Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Hands-on experience with various plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team-building skills. Ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve project goals.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of effectively conveying information and instructions to diverse audiences.Organization: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
