Volt is immediately hiring a Construction PM with an industry leader in White Hall, Ark. Our client is an industry leader in customized and fully-engineered steel building solutions. The Construction PM will oversee all stages of pre-engineered metal building projects, from initial design to final delivery. This includes managing the project lifecycle, which encompasses design, permitting, pre-construction, engineering, manufacturing, and shipping. You'll use project management software to track key performance indicators and make informed decisions. Building strong relationships with global clients is essential, achieved through effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration. Key skills include strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to navigate complex internal structures, and a strategic approach to decision-making. The Construction PM primary duties and responsibilities includes:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage project management software and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize project performance.
  • Agile and Hybrid Project Management: Adapt to changing project environments using agile methodologies and hybrid approaches.
  • Automation and AI: Embrace automation tools and AI to streamline tasks and increase efficiency.
  • Cloud-Based Tools: Utilize cloud-based project management platforms for enhanced collaboration and scalability.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Build strong relationships and navigate complex team dynamics.
  • Remote Work Leadership: Effectively manage and motivate virtual internal and external teams
  • Change Management: Guide teams through organizational changes and transformations.
  • Sustainability and ESG: Understand sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into project planning.
  • Ethical Decision-Making: Make ethical choices aligned with organizational values and industry standards.
  • Global Mindset: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and understand cultural nuances.
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. QUALIFICATIONS: •Associate or 2-year technical degree, •4 years of relevant work experience •2 years of pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) experience Preferred Skills: •Bachelor degree in a related field •6+ years of relevant work experience •3+ years of PEMB experience Salary: $90-100K yearly *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Since this is a Direct Hire role, benefits will be provided by the employer.
