Job DetailsSummary of Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction project management or engineering.
  • Familiarity with construction software tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment.
  • Support in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
