The Construction Project Executive will have responsibility for client relations and team management and development. Oversight of multiple projects all at different stages and the teams that are leading those projects including: Sr. PM's, PM's, APM's, PE's and Superintendents.

The Project Executive will provide oversight of preconstruction, design, operations, client relations, safety, risk management, schedule, team development, training, mentoring and strategic planning as a key contributor to the executive team organizationally.

Desired skills and experience:

• Someone with 10+ years commercial construction experience with stable work history
• Preconstruction, estimating, negotiating experience desired
• Experience leading project teams and a strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling and planning in the construction industry
• Experience with both ground up and tenant improvement
• Positive attitude
• Professional business acumen
• Attention to detail and enjoys complex projects with materials sourced globally
