Construction Project Executive - TEC Group : Job Details

Join my client's Team. They are adding a Project Executive to lead teams on large scale ground-up and TI commercial projects ranging from $20M to $300M. These include Education and other commercial builds. Experience in client relations and securing repeat business is essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience managing construction projects over $20 Million

Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management

• Ensure compliance in contract review, estimating, risk management, and performance
• Oversee project bidding, buyout, and scheduling to achieve on-time, quality, and profitable results
• Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and enforce safety and operational standards
• Provide feedback to Estimating and Pre-Construction for future projects

Team Development & Leadership

• Recruit, train, and mentor project personnel
• Foster cross-functional teams and encourage career development
• Address performance and development opportunities with team members
• Build a culture focused on continuous improvement and alignment with company values

Business Development & Client Management

• Maintain and grow client relationships; serve as the primary contact for key accounts
• Partner with Business Development to identify new opportunities and expand market presence
• Support proposal and presentation development with the Business Development and Marketing teams
• Attend networking events and participate in client entertainment activities
• Monitor project development plans and budgets
