Construction Project ManagerSpring Valley NY$80,000 - $120,000Ours client is looking for a Construction Project Manager with 4 years of Experience to join the team. This person will be both on site an in the office. Responsibilities:* Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion.* Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and ensure adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle.* Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement of materials, hiring subcontractors, and managing subcontractor relationships.* Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.* Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.* Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to keep them informed of project status and address any concerns or questions.* Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and making adjustments as necessary to ensure projects remain within budget.* Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project completion.* Implement quality control procedures to ensure workmanship and materials meet project standards and specifications.Qualifications:* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.* Proficiency in project management software and tools.* Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
