Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) at Brantley Construction Company in North Charleston, SC. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and overall construction management tasks on a daily basis.

• Strong Project Management capabilities
• Experience in the construction industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Excellent computer software skills: Timberline, OST, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Primavera, proficient in video conferencing, AIA and advanced Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related degree.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of documented CMAR experience managing commercial, industrial, education, or healthcare construction projects. With your resume please provide
