The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through closeout. The PM manages the project from beginning to end including: budget, costs, schedule, risk management, insurances, general work performance and quality.
General Responsibilities:
- Lead and communicate with field supervision, subcontractors and vendors to help them meet all scheduling demands / goals and project benchmarks
- Administer and manage all financial aspects of the contracts with the client, subcontractors, and any purchase orders
- Manage multiple projects depending on size, complexity, and type
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- 3+ years of experience managing corporate interior fit-out projects in New York City ($3-20Million)
- Excellent communication skills
