With a dedicated team of over 350 employees, the company boasts an impressive revenue of $400M+. They specialize in multifamily, mixed-use, corporate interior projects, typically valued between $10M - $50M.

Description

My client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in multifamily experience $20M+.

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including time lines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate and communicate project activities with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in managing complex projects, from planning through to completion.

  • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry with a general contractor
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager
  • Field experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Assertive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
