Construction Project Manager - Eflex Recruiting : Job Details

We are seeking experienced Project Managers with Retail Construction experience for our client in Dallas, Texas. This are high profile roles in which you will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and construction on multiple projects through North Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project including planning to completion
• Manage resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Work effectively with other project managers, superintendents, and architects
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Manage project budgets and negotiate with suppliers to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of quality that adhere to plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management, preferably Retail or similar Commercial construction
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science or similar preferred
• Open on experience level; prefer 3+ years of Project Management work minimum
• Familiarity with construction management software and scheduling software
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to be an advocate for worksite safety
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Clean driving record
