Position Overview:

They are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering successful multi-family projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multi-family construction projects from inception to final delivery.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Foster a positive team environment and provide guidance to project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on multi-family residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
