Responsibilities:With leadership from the Director of Real Estate Design, Construction and Sustainability, the Construction Project Manager (CPM) is the lead day-to-day facilitator for all new construction and renovation projects, serving as the primary point of contact for all internal project stakeholders and clients, and overseer of all external supports, architects and contractors. With support from the Design & Construction team, the CPM maintains full responsibility for the successful planning and execution of all assigned projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the delight of our clients and stakeholders. CPMs are expected to participate in the entire process, from strategic space planning and design through construction and delivery. CPMs are highly organized, detail-focused and responsible for ensuring full compliance at all times with all regulatory requirements, Joint Commission standards and internal expectations, while maintaining current, accurate files, designs and plans and documentation.
