RED HAWK Contracting is a commercial General Contractor that specializes in privately funded projects within a radius of 150 miles of San Antonio. About 25% of our projects are Design/Build and 50% of our work is negotiated. The types of projects RED HAWK constructs are Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Wood-Framed, Tilt-wall and Conventional Steel. The clients we serve are Maintenance Facilities, Medical, Aviation, Religious, Retail, Office/Warehouse, Professional Offices, Early Learning and Tenant Improvement.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Project Manager located in San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline. They will collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project activities and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Certification in project management is a plus
• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
