- Base Pay: $70,000 annually
- Potential Total Earnings: Up to $100,000 (with bonuses, incentives, and revenue share)

We specialize in residential renovation projects and are looking for a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team. Job Description:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of renovation projects, from initial planning through to completion. You will manage the construction crew team and work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee all stages of the renovation process, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Ensures that all materials and supplies are delivered and available for construction crew when needed.
- Crew Management: Supervise and manage construction crew to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship.
- Budget & Cost Management: Track project expenses, order supplies/materials, and ensure cost control. Maintain accurate budget records.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Schedule any necessary subcontracts according to project timeline. Manage relationships with current subcontractors and ensure their work meets the project's standards and deadlines. Identify potential new subcontractors.
- Collaboration with Operations Manager: Work closely with the Operations Manager to align on project timelines, resources, and goals. Provide weekly updates to the Operations Manager on project status and escalate any issues that require immediate attention.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address any issues that arise during construction, from scheduling delays to unexpected challenges or delays.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction quality and safety compliance. Provide quick solutions to resolve any issues.
- Communication: Maintain clear, open communication with the owner, construction team, and Operations Manager. Provide regular project updates and address concerns promptly.
- Safety: Enforce safety protocols on-site and ensure all workers adhere to OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of construction experience. Construction management experience with a focus on residential renovations or fix-and-flip projects is ideal but not required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Ability to understand and manage budgets, and schedule effectively.
- Vehicle: Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
- Physical: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50+ lbs.
- Knowledge: Must understand basic aspects of construction (general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and familiar with common building codes.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Leadership: Experience managing teams and subcontractors, with a focus on team-building and productivity.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the Operations Manager, owner, crew and subcontractors.
