We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead our construction projects.

Job Position Description:

With a 'One Team' mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Assign and coordinate reconstruction jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities:

* Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs

* Leading and managing a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors.

* Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence

* Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner

* Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

* Coordinating with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.

* Conducting site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.

* Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

* Maintaining accurate records of project activities, costs, and timelines.

* Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines

* Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively

* Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard

* Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the restoration industry.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

* In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively.

* Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

* Being fluent in Spanish would be a big plus for this position.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

* Clean background check subject to applicable law.
