Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale construction projects ($30M+) from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and quality control to meet project goals and exceed client expectations.
• Lead project planning, risk management, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing Commercial, Education, or Municipal construction projects.
• Proven success in delivering projects of $30M+ in value.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
