General Contractor looking for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead Commercial and Industrial projects

ROLE:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Ensure safety and quality control on-site
• Communicate with owners and clients to provide updates and resolve issues
• Prepare and maintain project documentation

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (retail, financial, restaurant, medical/healthcare)
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects

BASE PAY: $120,000-$180,000+
