Job Title: Project Manager (Ground-up Construction)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of ground-up construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Manage contracts, ensure quality control, and enforce safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and provide regular status updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in managing ground-up construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, local regulations, and cost management.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- PMP certification or LEED accreditation is advantageous.
