Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Federal & Military Projects)

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of Federal and Military construction projects. You will manage all aspects of project development, from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. Your role will include managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You must have prior experience working on Military base projects and be comfortable navigating the specific requirements and protocols of Federal contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple Federal and Military base construction projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Interface with Federal agencies, Military representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure project compliance and adherence to government regulations.
  • Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to clients and management on budget, schedule, and performance.
  • Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, including delays, cost overruns, or compliance issues.
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor selection, and contracts for all project resources.
  • Ensure all required documentation, including reports, permits, and inspections, are up to date and compliant with Federal standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on Federal and Military base projects.
  • Strong understanding of Federal contracting regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools especially Primavera 6
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
