We just lost our senior project manager. This position is in Irwindale, Ca. Must live in commuting distance to Irwindale, Ca. We are looking for an accomplished project manager that is ready to advance their career. The successful candidate upon proving themselves will be promoted to senior project manager. In this role you will be able to write your own ticket. Salary: $120,000 to $180,000+, impressive profit sharing, full benefits, all the perks. Requirements: 5 plus years of project management, bachelors degree, experience, delivering projects up to $15 million. Mandatory vaccination requirement. Applicant for construction project manager provides overall management direction to multiple projects, establish project objectives and policies, maintain liaison with prime client contracts, and monitor construction and financial activities through administrative direction of on-site construction team(s). Job Description: - Act as liaison between owner, architect, consultants, subcontractors and the project team. - Conduct or assist in contract negotiations, change orders, subcontracts and other agreements - Provides pre-construction services including constructability reviews, estimating and value engineering - Represent the company in communications on scope, project delivery and schedule, from initial effort to closeout - Create, prepare and manage detailed project budgets, estimates and schedules - Lead kick off meetings and team planning sessions - Ensure monitoring, review and cost control procedures are in place, and cost control is implemented - Maintain awareness of job progress and ensure overall profitability of each project -Develop and maintain professional working relationships with existing clients and assist the business development team with marketing efforts to acquire new clients and project opportunities Desire Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience delivering projects up to $15 million Significant local experience Proficient with Microsoft, Excel and Word, as well as other construction related software Competent in scheduling, cost management and estimating Exceptional presentation skills and communication skills Ability to lead a team and who excels in customer relations Consistent uncompromising commitment to delivering quality work Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural Degree or equivalent experience Company Description: Headquartered in Irwindale, CA, with operations in CA and AZ, for over 60 years we have been one of the top builders in North America.
