Construction Project Manager - EngTal : Job Details

Our client is a Milwaukee-based general contractor that specializes in commercial construction and is looking to add on a Project Manager to their team. They're looking for someone with experience coming another general contractor, and ideally has worked on Healthcare projects previously.

Responsibilities:

• Work throughout the project lifecycle on exciting commercial construction projects
• Oversee and manage all daily construction activities, including coordination with subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety on the construction site.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and other construction-related personnel to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager working on commercial construction projects (healthcare projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on the construction site.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
