Construction Project Manager – Supermarkets & Retail Construction

Location: Onsite work in the Orange County area (near Irvine, CA)

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + bonus (depending on experience)

Travel: Up to 25% – 50%

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee supermarket and restaurant construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in managing construction projects within the supermarket or retail grocery sectors, with expertise in AutoCAD and commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of construction projects with architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review contractor schedules and respond to RFIs.
• Manage change orders, budgets, and payment applications.
• Oversee site visits, quality control, and punch list items.
• Coordinate MEP system integration and liaise with local authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (supermarket/retail focus preferred).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and project management software (Ex. Procore, Bluefin).
• PMP or CPC certification preferred.
