Spearhead project execution by coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams.? Manage pre-construction activities, bid analysis, and contractor negotiations.? Oversee budgets, cost reports, and ensure fiscal responsibility.? Ensure seamless integration of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems.? Conduct site visits, manage punch lists, and uphold construction quality standards.? Collaborate with government authorities, property managers, and stakeholders.? Mitigate risks, manage change orders, and ensure projects meet lease agreements.? Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.Who You Are:? Experienced Leader “ 5years in commercial construction, preferably in retail grocery.? Technical Expert “ Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CAD software, and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluefin).? Results-Driven “ Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely project delivery.? Collaborative Communicator “ Adept at working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.? Detail-Oriented & Adaptable “ Thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.? Credentialed Professional “ Bachelor's in Construction, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). PMP or CPC certification is a plus.? This is a confidential search.
