  • Project Planning & Initiation: Develop comprehensive project plans, review and negotiate contracts, and create detailed budgets and schedules.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets to ensure profitability, manage resource allocation, and control costs without compromising quality.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Lead project execution with a focus on timelines, quality control, and risk management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors. Lead project meetings, maintain clear communication, and build strong relationships.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Project Closure: Manage project close-out activities, including final inspections, punch list completion, and handover documentation.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, foster a culture of collaboration, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with large-scale or luxury projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of job costing and construction project accounting
  • Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects and personnel is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
