  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Address project challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain progress.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to support project success.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Commercial and Residential construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and local building regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience with self-performing developers is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Long Island building codes and compliance requirements.
