• Perform complete material take-offs
• Write scopes of work
• Handle buyouts with subcontractors
• Manage client relations
• Write change orders
• Oversee project closeouts and related activities
• Take multiple projects from start to finish
• Travel to job sites as needed

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Experience with grocery store remodeling is required.
• Should be located in San Antonio or nearby (Not looking for relocation candidates)
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel to job sites
• Should be able to provide a project list from previous roles with grocery store remodeling experience
