Construction Project Manager - MJ Morgan Group : Job Details

A locally established design-build firm located in Rockville is looking for a full-time Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years' experience in design and construction of commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Review design build drawings for coordination
• Provide submittals, construction schedule
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Be able to handle multiple different projects at once ranging in size

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management required.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Professional architectural / engineering license is preferred
