Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 DOE

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Construction Project Manager to join this forward-thinking team. You will play a crucial role in supporting senior project managers and the construction team from project initiation through completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with design specifications and sustainable building practices.
• Monitor day-to-day construction site activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Participate in the procurement of materials and services, ensuring eco-friendly selections where applicable.
• Support project teams in obtaining necessary permits, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations.
• Work with senior managers to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in construction management, preferably with exposure to residential or commercial projects.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or CMiC.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sustainable construction and green building practices is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
