Construction Project Managers - 380 Companies : Job Details

We are now taking applications for Construction Project Managers that are willing to provide unmatched customer service to each and every one of our clients. Candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of general construction experience and be proficient in all phases of residential construction. Position requires strong subcontractor coordination skills, exceptional communication and organization skills, construction knowledge and the ability to perform construction tasks if needed. This position will manage multiple projects at the same time and be responsible for each and every employee or subcontractors that are involved with the project.

Applicant must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to communicate clearly, efficiently and professionally throughout the work day. The applicant must be able to control all project costs, coordinate subcontractors, document and approve all invoices for projects and close out jobs effectively and efficiently.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds when needed
• Must be able to travel within a 50 mile radius of office as needed
• Must be able to communicate efficiently
• Must be able to pass strict background tests
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass insurance requirements
