Construction Project Scheduler - OnQ Global : Job Details

OnQ Global is seeking a Construction Project Scheduler to join our team. As a professional services company specializing in the high tech, data center, and manufacturing markets, we are looking for a qualified individual to assist in the coordination and scheduling of complex projects. Job Responsibilities: Create the baseline schedule and maintenance of the working schedule as reported out weekly in the owner/architect/contractor meetings. Responsible for preparing all the project progress reports, integrating subcontractor look ahead schedules into the master schedule, revising logic sequence as required Assist the project team in maintaining and monitoring the CPM schedule. Create all reports as needed including: Progress charts Histograms S-curves Work intensity curves Labor-production work rate tables Time impact analyses Equipment delivery schedules Resource-cost loaded schedules Daily construction activities report schedules Job Requirements: Experience in construction management and project scheduling Proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling software Knowledge of architectural design and engineering principles Ability to forecast and manage project budgets Strong organizational and communication skills Background in military or events planning a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and documentation Company Information: OnQGlobal is a professional services company that specializes in the high tech, data center, and manufacturing markets.
