Construction Project Scheduler - TRS Staffing Solutions : Job Details

Title: Construction Scheduler

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay: $120k - $150k + bonus & vehicle allowance

Type: Direct hire, full-time

Reports to: Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for upcoming construction projects
• Utilize scheduling software and techniques to create detailed project plans
• Create comprehensive project schedules including all tasks, milestones, and resources required for successful project completion.
• Monitor project progress monthly against the established baseline schedule
• Provide updates to project schedules as needed
• Identify, anticipate, and mitigate potential schedule risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Six (6) years of vertical construction scheduling experience (hospitality and/or multi-family experience is preferred)
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and similar programs
• Certification in scheduling (e.g., PSP, PMI-SP) is desired
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, costs, and principles
