Construction Scheduler

We are looking for a Scheduler with experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating schedules for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all timelines are met and project milestones are achieved.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for 10-20 construction projects, tracking progress and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate scheduling requirements.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and distribute regular schedule updates and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, deadlines, and milestones.
• Utilize project scheduling software to track project timelines and adjustments.
• Conduct periodic reviews to evaluate the efficiency and accuracy of project schedules.

• 4-6 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction project management processes.
