Construction Scheduler – Aqua Blue Pools$45k-$55k based on experience#ZRWhat you'll be doing:The construction scheduler plays an important role in the construction project. You are responsible for working closely with the customers, project managers, site foreman, subcontractors, and vendors to create and manage project schedules. You will also place orders for construction materials and pool equipment. You are responsible for clear communication of a project internally and externally. In addition to the below, you will also take on other duties and roles from time to time that are not listed in this description.Some job duties include:Assist the Construction Department with schedulingCommunication with customers dailyCreation and monitoring of active project schedulesInspection requests for all required construction phasesDaily and weekly production of construction schedules for customers, builder accounts and project managersResolves scheduling issues and informs all parties necessary of said problems and/or delays - internally and externallySchedules gunite and plasters – critical path phasesInforms accounting of completed phases for billing purposesConstant and consistent communicationMaintain incoming and outgoing emailJob file management, job file communication, keep all files organizedUpload correct and accurate job file documentationMaintain digital systems associated with schedulingCoordinate workflow and communicationCommunication and reporting to Management TeamProcessing new hire paperworkTake ownership of roles and responsibilitiesHandle recurring and unique tasks as necessaryCross training assistance in other departments for occasional help.You will also need to:Have experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordLearn to use our Digital Scheduling and related softwareHave the ability to manage your time and stay organized and focusedMaintain the highest standards in customer-service; ethical and professional conductHave a relentless pursuit of quality work output - consistently open to encouragement, training and coachingHave a talent for communicating - on the phone, in writing, and in personHave a professional appearanceUs.Aqua Blue Pools is home to a team of motivated pool professionals united by a mission to provide elite customer service and the highest quality pool construction and service, and have fun doing it!
